1.7 Types of services


        a. Architectural planning services
        Architectural planning services are services for making plans and designs for a building which are usually carried out in six stages. Clients will receive working drawings containing a floor plan, two cut-out drawings and three side views of the building. 
 
        b. Structural planning services
        Structural planning services are a series of processes for calculating structures so that they are stable, strong and durable. Structural drawings consist of structural plan drawings, sectional view drawings, and structural detail drawings (columns, sloofs, beams, foundations, roofs, stairs, etc.). 
 
        c. Interior design
        Interior planning services are planning and arranging building rooms according to their function so that they feel comfortable and make the rooms look more beautiful. 
 
        d. Location survey services
        We provide two types of survey services, namely topographic measurement surveys for open land and closed land, then there are also cut and fill measurement survey services.

2.2 Work Stages


        1. Analysis Stage
        Obtaining complete information from the client is usually done by asking questions, so that you can understand the client's wishes well. The information required is usually in the form of facility requirements, number of occupants, desired model, environmental conditions, etc.
 
        2. Brainstorm
        Define the client's intentions by gathering the necessary information from needs to design style.
 
        3. Drafting
        Putting together the results of the information obtained so as to create a simple outline of the design results by manual or other methods.
 
        4. Design Creation
        The process of developing design results from draft design to achieve more perfect results. This process is carried out completely with the related program.
 
        5. Revision
        The design results will be shown to the client to find out whether the design meets their wishes and needs. If it is felt that the results provided do not match the client's wishes, improvements will be made to produce a suitable design.
 
        6. Final Design
        At this stage, the revised design results will be re-examined to reduce errors.
